Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, any custom software, systems, or deliverables created specifically for a client under a service agreement shall be owned by the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project for other purposes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yongji Guiluo Technology Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services or until terminated by either party.
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to use our website and services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
